You can purchase a voucher for the annual pass at all palace ticket offices and online. The voucher must be redeemed within 3 years of the date of issue and converted into a personalized annual pass.

Until redeemed, the voucher entitles you to a one-time entry to a palace of your choice.

For personalization we need your first and last name as well as a digital photo that will be taken onsite. An email address is required in order to receive information about special events and offers.

Please note respective palace opening times and possible guided tours; some houses can only be visited during the summer season (April resp. May to October). Due to conservation projects, there may be occasional visit restrictions - we ask for your understanding.

IMPORTANT: Visits to Sanssouci Palace, Cecilienhof Country House and the New Palace are subject to a fixed admission time. You can get these for the palaces Sanssouci Palace and Cecilienhof Country House online and for the New Palace at the Historic Mill and New Palace Visitor Centers. Please plan some extra time for this.
