Valid for a single visit to all* the SPSG palaces in Potsdam open to the public on one day, incl. a fixed admission time slot for viewing Sanssouci Palace an the New Palace.

* Sacrow House and Stern Hunting Lodge are not included. In the Belvedere - Pfingstberg, ticket owners are granted the reduced rate. The ticket is not valid for special exhibitions.

You’ll also be automatically assigned a fixed admission time slot for viewing Sanssouci Palace (sanssouci+) or Charlottenburg Palace (charlottenburg+) - and avoid waiting in line at the palace registers!

Free admission and concessions to the palaces and to Peacock Island

This regulation applies to individual entrance fees for the SPSG palaces and for the ferry to Peacock Island. It does not apply to SPSG events and for groups, the Belvedere on the Pfingstberg in Potsdam, to Sacrow House, or to the Stern Hunting Lodge. For special exhibitions organized by the SPSG, different rules may apply.

Admission is free for the following visitors on presentation of relevant proof:

  • People with disabilities with a degree of disability (GdB) of 100
  • The support person recognized as medically necessary to accompany a person with a disability as stated in the disability ID card (marker B, marker H)
  • People who receive social transfers (unemployment benefit “Bürgergeld”, social assistance, basic security benefits for job seekers, or payments in line with the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act) as well as their children under the age of 18 who live in the same household
  • Refugees with permission to reside or the suspension of deportation status and the person accompanying them (max. one accompanying person per one refugee); for refugees from Ukraine, the identity card or passport is sufficient as proof
  • One teacher for every ten pupils
  • Only valid for the ferry to Peacock Island: One accompanying person for every 10 children when accompanying groups from day-care centres with children under 7 years of age (certificate from day-care centre required)
  • Children under the age of 7 (no ticket required)
  • Only valid for the ferry to Peacock Island: Participants in SPSG events on Peacock Island with a valid SPSG ticket

  • School and university students, people taking part in vocational training, participants in the Federal Volunteer Service (BFD) or the Voluntary Social Service Year (FSJ)

 

Free and reduced admissions for SPSG events

This regulation applies to events organised by the SPSG. Different regulations may apply to events organised by our partners. Please enquire on their homepage. Subject to availability on the day, free tickets can be purchased at the ticket office of the respective palace upon presentation of the relevant proof. The usual registration regulations apply to all events. Employees of the SPSG and FSG can also participate only after prior registration.

Free admission for events is offered to the following persons – by presenting proper identification:

  • escort of a disabled person (in case of medical attendance is required)
  • Children under age 7 (no ticket required)
  • Employees of the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation (SPSG) and Fridericus-Servicegesellschaft (FSG)
  • Members of the press

Reduced admission for events is available to the following persons – by presenting proper identification:

  • Severely disabled persons (at least 50% of the MdE, Impairment of ability to work)
  • School children, Students, Trainees, Participants in the Federal Volunteers Program (BFD) or in the Voluntary social year (FSJ)
  • Recipients of “Arbeitslosengeld I (ALG I)” unemployment benefits
  • People who receive social transfers (unemployment benefit “Bürgergeld”, social assistance, basic security benefits for job seekers, or payments in line with the Asylum Seekers’ Benefits Act) as well as their children under the age of 18 who live in the same household
  • Annual Pass Holders
