The Royal Vineyards

“Experience tradition anew” is the leitmotif guiding the mutual work of the Stiftung Preußische Schlösser und Gärten and the Mosaik-Werkstätten für Behinderte GmbH (Mosaic Workshop for People with Disabilities) begun in 2006 to restore the neglected vineyards on Klausberg in Sanssouci Park. Here people with and without disabilities work together to achieve their shared goals. With a vision of blossoming apple trees and grape vines covered in luscious grapes, their aim for the 250 anniversary of the Klausberg (2019) is to make it possible for the public to experience the site as the copious orchard and vineyard that it once was.

This is a project of practiced inclusion, in which you can sponsor grape vines and apple trees with your donation.
